Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you" or "your") and mitra138 (hereinafter referred to as "mitra138", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible via the domain mitra138.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, claiming any promotional offer or otherwise using any feature of the mitra138 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

Use of the mitra138 platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements. Each condition must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout the period of Account use:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. This age requirement is absolute and applies to all users regardless of local laws that may set a lower minimum age.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, syndicates or proxies are not eligible to hold an Account.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful. The User is solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their place of residence or current location.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or permanently banned from the mitra138 platform, or from any related platform operated under the same management.
• You must not be registered on a self-exclusion programme that covers the mitra138 platform, whether imposed by mitra138 or by any third-party responsible gambling scheme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country or territory of residence.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one Account with mitra138. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

You must provide complete, accurate and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. mitra138 may request updated documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC obligations.

Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal to you. You must not share, transfer or permit any third party to access your Account. You accept full liability for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

Deposits

mitra138 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• DuitNow and FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong and other participating institutions)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• Credit and debit cards issued by eligible Malaysian and international institutions
• Cryptocurrency, where expressly enabled and subject to separate eligibility conditions

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account at the time of transaction. mitra138 does not guarantee that any particular payment method will be available at all times. Payment channels may be affected by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows operated by the relevant payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment instrument held in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment instruments are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the associated funds pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full at the time of the request:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of mitra138.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonus funds in the Account must have been met in full.
• The requested amount must not exceed any daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits applicable to the Account.
• The recipient payment details provided must match the verified identity information held on the Account.
• The Account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes or pending security reviews.

Indicative processing timeframes are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take between 15 and 60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Actual processing times may be affected by provider maintenance, peak transaction volumes or additional verification requirements.

mitra138 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether full KYC has previously been completed.

Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers made available by mitra138 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. General provisions applicable to all mitra138 promotions are set out below:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria are defined in the applicable promotional terms and may include Account verification status, deposit method, minimum deposit amount and geographic location.
• A wagering requirement must be satisfied before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (for example, 10x, 18x or 35x) is stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of a wagering requirement. Live dealer games, table games and certain slot titles may carry reduced contribution rates. Full contribution tables are available in the applicable promotional documentation.
• Promotions have defined validity periods. Bonus Funds and associated free spins that remain unused or subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible Account. Subsequent promotional eligibility is governed by the terms of each individual offer.
• mitra138 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where operationally practicable.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the mitra138 platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds pending investigation:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts or requesting any third party to create an Account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during Account use.
• Using software, scripts, bots or any automated means to access or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for genuine players.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, chip dumping or other activity designed to unfairly exploit the platform or other users.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including the use of the platform to deposit, layer or integrate proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measure or access control applied to the platform.
• Transferring Account funds or credentials to a third party.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mitra138 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and underlying code — is the property of mitra138 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of mitra138.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mitra138 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any content accessible through it.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, mitra138 does not accept liability for:

• Losses arising from the outcome of any game, bet or wager placed on the platform.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows affecting DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Malaysian bank networks or any other payment channel.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, network outages or events beyond the reasonable control of mitra138.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and Data

The collection, storage, processing and use of personal data by mitra138 is governed by the mitra138 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between mitra138 and its Users.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that mitra138 may process personal information — including identity documentation, payment records, transaction history and technical usage data — for the purposes of operating the platform, completing KYC obligations, processing transactions and fulfilling any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Responsible Gambling

Suspension and Termination

mitra138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, supplementary policies or applicable law.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during subsequent Account verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A request for self-exclusion made by the Account holder or a third party acting with appropriate authority.
• A legal obligation, court order or regulatory directive requiring Account closure.

Upon termination, any real-money Account balance that is not subject to an investigation or forfeiture action will be returned to the Account holder via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to applicable processing timeframes.

Amendments

mitra138 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, mitra138 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users through an appropriate communication channel, which may include an on-screen notification, email notification or a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the mitra138 platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mitra138 is licensed and operated.

Each User is solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the mitra138 platform is lawful in their country, state or territory of residence. mitra138 makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.
